So. Cheshire here has... Quite a few powers. The most notable of which are mind-reading and short-term possession. The former is pretty unrestricted, and he can and does abuse the hell out of it. The latter he only uses once that we've seen, and he himself admit it only lasts a short while. But he will use the bodies of people he possesses to do horrible things. We have an account in the light novel where they're aware they're doing the thing, but are helpless to stop it from happening.
The second big thing is that Cheshire can steal things. Often this is love, so it includes incorporeal things. (These can be regained, as he often just drops them wherever to be found and picked up.) He will also return things if you amuse him enough, and the rules are he will only steal one thing. (All of a person's love, their memory, etc.) It's usually designed to see how easily he can make them fall into despair for his own amusement. However, this is only "one thing at a time" (at least for the sake of RP) so if the previous thing he stole is returned, he can and might steal something else if he deems it interesting enough. He might not, dude's a cat and is the most whimsical goddamn creature I have ever seen.
